Flax Yarns
All our yarns are spun with flax selected in the best growing areas in France, Belgium and Nederland by registered “European Flax” suppliers . The selection of the long fiber is done by Mr. Alex, Piet and Didier directly in the scuthing mills. The spinning is done by a few long term partners in Asia. Each of them has it’s own specialities based on the yarn counts, capacity, flexibility and confidence. The quality is always the priority and all the yarn productions are guaranteed by Jos Vanneste.
Our organization offers transparency and traceability. The yarn business is concentrated on the wet spun products: natural boiled and pre-bleached. They are suitable for weaving, knitting and many industrial uses. Depending on the size of the order, we can supply containers directly from the spinning mill to the customer final destination, or ship the yarn from our stock service located in Belgium. In this case we accept all kind of quantities.
In both, natural and bleached, we can offer all the linen standard counts. But for the Belgian stock service, we focus on:

Twisted yarns - The twisting is done under request, depending on the number of ends and the TPM. The lead time is generally one to two weeks after the order confirmation. We have the possibility to offer 6 and 10 inches cones or cylinders with weaving or dyeing density.
Dyed yarns - We can supply dyed yarns (direct, reactive and indanthren) under the customer requirement. We just need to take into consideration the dyed machines capacities: Kg -> 12 / 28 / 60 / 120 / 165 / 220 / 280 / 440 / 650 / 1 300. Rewinding after dyeing, with wax if necessary.
