Creativity


We produce half wet and wet spun fancy yarns in 100% linen or blended with other fibers. Most of these products are suitable for upholstery and clothes, others are made for machine knitting and hand knitting.

Flexibility


These yarns are available in natural, bleached, dyed solid or multicos. We are world known for our 100% linen multicolor mixtures. Our shade card in this area has more than 70 established colours, but of course, we can work together to develop your own shades.

Quality


For some of these yarns, we also use other spinning machines, depending on the look we want to get. Our factory equipment gives us the possibility to produce a large variety of novelty products with flexibility and quality

· Long fiber yarns : Nm 6-Nm 8.5-Nm 9.6-Nm 12-Nm 15
· Linen/Silk blends : 70 long fiber linen/30% silk tow : Nm 9.6-15-20 and Nm 60/2
   
      
  
  
  • The spinning mill is working out hackled tow and top grade long fibers which are supplied by Jos Vanneste Belgium and which are from Western European origin.
  •  Machinery is a combination of Western European linen machines :combing and spinning NSC supplied by Jos Vanneste combined with silk gilling which gives a extra refinement to the yarns produced.
     
  • Winding is on modified Shlafhorst 338 suitable for splicing coarser linen counts.
       
  •  All yarns are passing a very severe quality control system before the packing on pallets or in boxes on request of customer.
